Resumo
This work is a theoretical study and its main objective is to understand the role of psychology in
the process of regulating sexuality in the school environment, especially by the procedure of
School Psychology. We seek to know how school contributes to the production, reproduction or
critique of certain expressions of sexuality. Besides that, we look for to demonstrate the way how
this institution places itself at the center of disputes by antagonistic forces in society. In this
sense, we seek to identify how these relations and questions have been elaborated and processed
by Brazilian psychology, especially by acting of the Federal Counsel of Psychology. Thus, we try
to critically analyze the ideological aspects that cross National Curricular Parameters (NCPs) that
guide Brazilian formal education in the relational tripod: school, sexuality, psychology.
