Resumo
This study seeks to analyze the interface between media education and theater training with reference
to the actor's bodywork. The general objective was to promote and analyze the collaborative
elaboration of a didactic proposal about the actor's bodywork articulated with the principles of media
education in theater training. In general lines, the investigation sought to understand the potential of
the articulation between the actor's bodywork and the knowledge of media-education in a
pedagogical proposal for training in theater and to analyze the experience of collaborative production
as an experience of teacher self-training. For this, we seek to understand the interface between
theater, technology and digital media, the field and propositions of media education articulated with
the school, based on the reflection on training of teachers and the construction of methodologies that
allow us to relate school content with this knowledge. The research, with a qualitative approach, is
guided by the principles of action research with the research process studied in collaboration between
researchers, professors and students. Data collection took place through two semi-structured
interviews, a questionnaire and a field diary. From this experience, the educational product
developed during the Professional Master's of the Graduate Program in Teaching in Basic Education
of the Center for Teaching and Research Applied to Education (CEPAE) of the Federal University
of Goiás (UFG), an e-book with conceptual and didactic propositions through a sequence of classes
with content on body preparation in theater articulated with the principles of media education, aimed
at teachers that work with children from nine to thirteen years old. It was possible to identify
potentialities when articulating the knowledge of media education and the theater training as the
debate of ethical issues in the appropriation of media and technologies, the creation of new
