Resumo
Cultural production, as well as means of interaction and work, are going through a
process of digitalization that was intensified by the restrictive measures implemented
during the COVID-19 pandemic. The internet has become the main channel for the
production, appreciation, and consumption of cultural content. However, in this
scenario, with the predominance of digital technologies, cultural professionals face a
complex journey in translating their performances to the virtual environment.
Considering that, this study analyzes the impressions and creative processes of
popular culture creators from the Aldir Blanc Law of the Secretaria de Cultura de
Goiás (SECULT-GO) as they adapt their cultural performances to the digital context.
This is an analytical cross-sectional study of the impact of the Aldir Blanc Law on
cultural practices and their subsequent adaptation to digital platforms in the state of
Goiás, focusing on the SECULT-GO Popular Culture Program. Data collection was
carried out through semi-structured interviews with those selected by the previously
mentioned law in the state. The data obtained was used to construct a collective
narrative, following the Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC) method.
