dc.description.abstractIn this research, we aim to understand the permanences and ruptures of women in situations of domestic violence during the “Covid-19” pandemic. We start from the theoretical framework of historical-cultural psychology and feminism with a historical-dialectical materialist foundation. We develop the construction of femininity in the current historical context. We retrace the creation of the ideal of romantic love, motherhood and domestic care in modernity as a tool of patriarchal exploitation. We theorize about violence against women as an expression of this system. We relate gender oppression to the condition of Brazilian dependence and slavery. In this context, we carried out a brief survey of the relationships between domestic violence and the pandemic, envisioning processes of resurgence. We introduce the main epistemological bases of historical-cultural psychology to support the discussion. From them, we highlight the affective-volitional basis in the structuring of the psyche and activity. In light of this theoretical survey, we carried out narrative interviews with women who suffered domestic and family violence between 2020 and 2022. The analysis of the data generated was structured under a comprehensive bias, considering the historical-dialectical materialist theoretical-methodological foundation. We obtained data on the production of affections, thoughts and actions in women based on patriarchal ideology. We reflect on its relations with the capitalist mode of production and the consequent use of domestic violence as a tool to maintain this structure. In addition to a dominant construction of what it means to be a woman, we also discuss the lack of social support and survival conditions as conditions for remaining in a violent relationship. Given the small elaboration on the pandemic by the interviewees, we relate it to an increase in violence already experienced. We also emphasize that there are strategies of resistance and ruptures, even within the relationship, highlighting the affects of anger. We conclude that there is a need for new studies delving deeper into the relationships identified and the relevance of historical-cultural psychology in structuring the fight against violence against women and, beyond that, the fight against patriarchalism and its modal relationships with capitalism, colonialism and racism.eng

dc.description.resumoNa presente pesquisa, objetivamos compreender as permanências e rupturas da mulher em situação de violência doméstica durante a pandemia “Covid-19”. Partimos do referencial teórico da psicologia histórico-cultural e do feminismo de fundamento materialista histórico-dialético. Desenvolvemos a construção da feminilidade no atual contexto histórico. Remontamos a criação do ideal do amor romântico, da maternidade e dos cuidados domésticos na modernidade como ferramenta de exploração patriarcal. Teorizamos sobre a violência contra a mulher como expressão desse sistema. Relacionamos a opressão de gênero com a condição de dependência brasileira e a escravização. Nesse contexto, realizamos um breve levantamento sobre as relações entre a violência doméstica e a pandemia, vislumbrando processos de recrudescimento. Introduzimos as principais bases epistemológicas da psicologia histórico-cultural para embasamento da discussão. A partir delas, destacamos a base afetivo-volitiva na estruturação do psiquismo e atividade. Ante este levantamento teórico, realizamos entrevistas semiestruturadas com mulheres que sofreram violência doméstica e familiar entre 2020 e 2022. A análise dos dados gerados foi estruturada sob viés compreensivo, considerando o fundamento teórico-metodológico materialista histórico-dialético. Obtivemos dados sobre a produção de afetos, pensamentos e ações nas mulheres a partir da ideologia patriarcal. Refletimos sobre suas relações com o modo de produção capitalista e a consequente utilização da violência doméstica como uma ferramenta de manutenção desta estrutura. Além de uma construção dominante do que é ser mulher, discutimos também a ausência de apoio social e de instrumentos para a sobrevivência como condições para a permanência no relacionamento violento. Diante da pequena elaboração sobre a pandemia pelas entrevistadas, relacionamo-na com um recrudescimento da violência já vivenciada. Ressaltamos ainda que existem estratégias de resistência e rupturas, mesmo que no interior da relação, sobressaltando as afetações de raiva. Por fim, apontamos a necessidade de novos estudos aprofundando as relações identificadas e a relevância da psicologia histórico-cultural na estruturação do enfrentamento à violência contra mulheres e, mais além, do combate ao patriarcalismo e suas relações modais com o capitalismo, colonialismo e racismo.
