Mitigação de ruídos em placa controladora de motores do projeto SSL do núcleo de robótica Pequi Mecânico

Abstract

This work aims to mitigate noise on Motor Driver ICs due to lack of optimization in the ground plane layout by not separating effectively the power related components from logic components which operate in high frequencies, damaging the ideal operation of the circuit. Due to this being a switch-mode application, where power is quickly activated and deactivated, it will cause a lot of noise on the ground plane that will affect the logic components of the board. In this work the current motor control board from the project SSL from Núcleo de Robótica Pequi Mecânico will be analyzed, point out the presence of noise on the AGND pin of the chip A3930, show optimizations that promises to eliminate great part of the noise existent.
