Item Uma abordagem da forma musical como elemento constitutivo da trama social(Sonia Ray, 2002-12) Clímaco, Magda de MirandaMusical form in its interation with lhe sacio-historie context is lhe underlying theme of this work. A motel from the 14'h century was taken as the prime example with lhe intention of establishing possible relationships between the formal structure of the work and lhe structures of the society. The aesthetic and socio-historic approach made possible lhe afirmation that lhe musical composition, taken as example, can be considered a representative support of the collective imagination with which has been interaged, as well as the changes of time inherent to that age. Under this condition, it was capable of suppartting a "multiple rime", to present three dimensions of meaning: actual, residual and latent. lt was a practice and a way of disseminating elements that would be basic to the starting of new ages. It was capable of constituting the social element.Item Estudos musicológicos: uma abordagem interdisciplinar(Sonia Ray, 2009-12) Clímaco, Magda de MirandaThis paper was conceived as a result of my constant preoccupation with a musicological work focused on the balance between two views: the musical structure and the socio-cultural scenario with which it interacts. Given the need for an interdisciplinary approach in finding this balance, a dialogue with some elements of discourse analysis and some elements of the basis and conceptual framework of Cultural History, it was possible to realize a musical genre in its three constituent aspects: thematic content, compositional form and style elements of genre and individual. Some approaches to an analysis of the genre choro with the post-modern aspect of Brasilia interaction were used as example.Item Lundu canção e choro: implicações com a sociedade goiana que cultivou saraus e serestas(Anselmo Guerra, 2018-12) Clímaco, Magda de Miranda; Guilardi, Ludmylla CristinaThe objective was to investigate the socio-cultural implications that were related to the practice or the absence of the musical genres lundu song and choro in the musical scene of Vila Boa (present-day city of Goiás), which, at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century, cultivated saraus and serenades. The methodological trajectory that led to the historiography of Goiás and to some peculiarities of the genres and society in question allowed verify that they were very little practiced by a Goiana elite that did not see with good eyes the musical activities linked more directly to the culture of the slaves and to certain modality of bohemia.
