Resumo
This research aims to analyze the use of the library school's activity center João Popinni
Mascarenhas / Campinas, a unit of Social Service Indústria-SESI/Goiás, by high school
students, youth and Middle adults -EJA/Education and employees. A Literature Review
covers the following topics: the concept of school library, size of the school library,
office and school library services, the SERVQUAL Model Evaluation Services. In
terms of methodology, this research is classified as exploratory and quantitative and
used as instrument for data collection, the questionnaire. While the sample was
randomly selected and used. He had organized the data by percentages, graphs and
tables. According to the data analyzed, the library received a positive evaluation on the
part of respondents, however the effective use of library research as demonstrated by the
reduced by the same respondents. Thus, this research highlights the need for the school
library's Activity Center João Popinni Mascarenhas / Campinas, a unit of Social Service
Industry -SESI/Goiás participate actively in educational planning and school that the
library can count on the presence of a professional full-time librarian.
