Ensino de artes visuais e a BNCC: desafios no cotidiano de professores em Goiás e Tocantins

The initial objective of this study was to investigate the influence of the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC, in the teaching experience of Visual Arts teachers in elementary school II in schools in Goiás and Tocantins. During development, the research was restricted to the city of Goiânia with a collaborating professor. In terms of methodology, a documentary and bibliographic consultation was carried out, which allowed us to know the proposals of the “new BNCC” for the Art component and we also used a semistructured questionnaire in order to collect the perceptions presented by the interviewee. As a result, we realized that the BNCC document is considered normative and, at the same time, subject to appropriations and “applicability” in the pedagogical practice of teaching visual arts. In addition, the research brought the perception of the importance that the theme has in teacher education in visual arts, especially in a scenario where everything is very recent and needs to be understood.
