Resumo
The present work aims to reflect on the contributing dimensions of the perverse
exclusion/inclusion which reinforces the exploitation and precariousness of work. The
research was accomplished from a bibliographic study, of a qualitative nature, based
on theoretical references, bibliographic and/or digital sources, books, and academic
articles. The main references were: Sawaia (1995; 2014), which deals respectively
with the illness of the working class and reflects on the phenomena of exclusion and
inclusion; Antunes (2015; 2020), which ponders on destructive capitalism and the
structural precariousness of work; and, Marx (2014), in concern to the specificities of
the capitalist mode of production in the first book of 'Capital'. This study was
elaborated and divided into two chapters. The first chapter examines the term
exclusion/inclusion, contextualizing concepts such as ethical-political suffering and
the characteristics of perverse exclusion/inclusion, as well as their considerations in
the realization of inequality. In the second chapter, it was considered the process of
the work precariousness conditions in contemporary society, as well as the new
characteristics of the world of work, the main aspects of the naturalization and
disqualification of the exploited worker, and the relationship between social exclusion
and inclusion and the perpetuation of exploitation and inequality. In this sense, it is
understood that in the current constitutions and peculiarities of the world of work, the
greatest challenges are designed to the working, marginalized and oppressed class,
which has been the most harmed class by these illusory attempts at inclusion, which,
on the contrary, degrade and fragment the working class.
