Item Gravobraduras: processos de impressão e objetos de estrutura dobrada(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-03-27) Ávila, Eduardo Araújo de; Clímaco, José César Teatini de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4105136553667901; Clímaco, José César Teatini de Souza; Guimarães, Leda Maria de Barros; Saito, Cecília Noriko ItoThis work presents the outcomes of a research master’s degree in Art and Visual Culture, which consists of experiments in printmaking and in studies on the use of foldings as matrices, whose poetic concept is defined as “gravobraduras”. The study has as reference the wrapping culture (tsutsumu bunka), which involves not only the study of origami, but also about other practices, such as furoshiki, that include the production of involucres and wrappings. The reference in question alludes to “practice of Japanese gift” and the artistic production of this work to the “wanderings of Japanese immigrants in Brazil”. Therefore, the primary objective of this research is to analyze what are the paths, sometimes errant sometimes constant, in which the image generated by the “matrix folding” travels up to become a visual pattern, but also evaluate the development of the artistic production in three methods of printing: by high relief (matrix folding), by permeation (silkscreen) and by digital means. The research also involves reflections on artistic creation as creating networks, according to Cecilia Salles, who emphasizes that are important the concomitant actions and the establishment of links between relevant subjects to the research to generate its own methodology and poetic.Item Vultos de vestígios – a poética de uma lembrança(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-04-14) Frauzino, Christiane Cavalcante; Clímaco, José César Teatini de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4105136553667901; Clímaco , José César Teatrini de Souza; Christino , Daniel; Jorge, Anahy MendonçaThe present article evoke memories from my childhood and bring to present poetic elements that I will to construct a project for site specific. Images of family albums, collections of personal belongings, everyday objects and craft tools are important in my research. Imprints and printing plates can be objects loaded with memory, where their engraving process is rich in traces, accumulations, textures, phantasmagoria and blur. In this context I share how my experience during the process of experimenting with the production of engravings was an integral part of the re-signification of contents and artistic productionItem O corpo e a gravura como campos poéticos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-03-31) Lacerda, Luciene Alves de; Clímaco, José César Teatini de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4105136553667901; Clímaco, Jose Cesar Teatini de Souza; Gomes, Lavinnia Seabra; Chaud, Eliane MariaThis dissertation aims to think the picture and the body as a way to build a poetics that speaks to the dual concept of matrix, which is a possibility of establishing time frames coming from the direction of the imager body and expressive spaces perceptions of the subject / object artist and researcher, senses builder. From the body of ideas as poetic space we draw a path of trials with the titled dry lithography technique, alternative printing technique that refers to the subversion of traditional techniques, because it seeks to establish dialogues between the technique and its materialities bringing to the body element, questioning him in clippings and paths that overlap from one image to another, such as leather, fabrics film, an intimate walk towards the time and the place called body, which permeate the "speeches" and "truths" of society and culture . The materials used for this research were materials discarded by consumer society and information, such as offset plates, which in the recent past were a generating surface images now reused to generate new images; skins; films; tissues; voile; paraffins; stone; instruments for drawing; papers of varying textures, with the intention to provoke, evoke bodily surfaces memories. The weights on the use of diverse materials such as propellants contemporary and relevant reflections to the immense universe of images producer; sensitive body concept understood in its phenomenological relation between subject and object; reflection on the research methodology in visual poetics; and poetic concepts in physical space and the folds, which put us in an opportunity to make connections with dry lithography technique called, were the main theoretical framework that guided the construction of this research.Item Impressões: experimentações com gravura em livros de artista e fanzines(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-08-28) Mendonça, Adriana Aparecida; Clímaco, José César Teatini de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4105136553667901; Silveira, Paulo Antônio de Menezes Pereira da; Andraus, Gazy; Franco, Edgar Silveira; Guimarães, Leda Maria de BarrosThe objective of this research is to reflect on the experimentation of my artistic practices in engraving that fundamentally involve the stage of printing. The material studied is the construction of artist's books and fanzines, from the possibilities of reproduction of the image, such as woodcut, calcogravura, xerogravura, serigrafia, stencil, monotype, stamps, engraving with the use of plastic matrices and other alternative materials; investigate different types of printing, such as, offset, photocopy, image transfer, digital engraving and plots, as well as alternative techniques using plastic matrices and collages. Therefore the engraving appears as an interlocutor of the possible dialogues, being in the middle of the experiments through techniques treated in this research as matrices for reproduction and creation of new matrices, in a process of comings and goings that walks by the diversity of techniques and that proposes experiments with new matrices and also with traditional engraving techniques.Item Impressões: um olhar poético sobre Montes Claros(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-08-29) Quintiliano, Nilza Eliane Afonso de Souza; Clímaco, José César Teatini de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4105136553667901; Clímaco, José Cesar Teatini de Souza; Pinto, Suely Lima Assis; Jorge, Anahy MendonçaThis research presents reflections on the investigation and construction of one poetic in engraving based on the characteristics and potential of the leather as a alternative material.
