Qualitative study, aimed at analyzing the humanization management of human resources, the perception of nursing staff in a public maternity hospital. Collecting data through semi-structured interviews with 29 respondents recorded, with 06 nurses and 23 nursing technique, the period February to May 2013 collection The material was literally transcribed and subjected to content analysis technique developed by five thematic categories: Humanization Policy of the SUS; Assistance and Processes promoters humanization of nursing services; Skills and managerial skills of the nurse; Quality of nursing care. It is understood that, in the view of the interviewed nurses to fit the humanization of nursing services, the development of managerial skills of staff. The objective of analyzing the aspects of historical-cultural theory and possible contributions to the teaching of nursing practice. Data for the study descriptive qualitative approach, guided by Grounded Theory Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, applied to Twenty Two teachers of six institutions of higher education. In the period from August to December 2015. Data analysis resulted in four subcategories: teaching nursing education; teaching process learning; methodologies and teaching strategies and interfaces trends progressive - social critic of the contents. Emerged as core category 'The field of pedagogical practice of distant nursing teaching process and the contributions of Vygotsky'. As a result, the first article 'The theory of Vygotsky: contribution to the education of health professionals in Brazil 'shows that the work selected, most were unsatisfactory as the presentation of strategies used to assess the Vygotsky's contributions to training health; The second article, 'The teaching of nursing practice in the Stork Network the Theory Historical-Cultural 'reflects discussions not only of academic level, but also the concerns of the services and to the community, showing that the educational aspect of nursing is not dissociated from care practice; New the third article 'Treat and the hardships of being a teacher of nursing' resulted in the enchantment of being a teacher, to teach I learn, go over, I welcome, educate; Tripod: affectivity, responsibility and quality; The counterpoint of teaching enchantment. It is concluded that the Vygotsky's theory in educational practice in health has emerged valuable contributions and oxygenate the practice through various optics, such as progressive tendencies. Objective: To analyze the autonomy of pregnant women face the choice of the type of delivery. It is a descriptive research field with a qualitative approach. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews were interviewed 80 pregnant women in a public unit of public health Goiania, Goiás, from August to September 2015. In the analysis and interpretation of data emerged the theme: autonomy pregnant women in choosing the type of delivery was drawn up three thematic categories: the pregnant woman's autonomy in choosing the type of delivery; Partner opinion and family and the influence of professionals in the puerperal gravid period. The study found that during the health unit prenatal did not favor dialogue with the pregnant woman in the types of delivery. It was identified break in the empowerment of women, the decisions of pregnant women are motivated by family experiences and or close pairs, but the doctor's professional statement directly influences the decision of pregnant women. The level of women's education directly influence the choice of the type of delivery; it was found that the previous experience of strengthen the type of delivery of the decision in subsequent pregnancies. Thus, the discussion of the results confirms the need to review and improvement of care programs pregnant women, especially in the public service, where there were great achievements in government policies, which advanced to ratify a quality and efficient service for women who seek comprehensive care at birth and childbirth.Item Atenção à mulher no climatério realizada por profissionais da estratégia da saúde da família(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-07-11) Pereira, Angela Bete Severino; Pereira, Milca Severino; Martins, Cleusa Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3673049551991956; Martins, Cleusa Alves; Lima, Jacqueline Rodrigues de; Almeida, Nilza Alves MarquesIntroduction: The climacteric period is the transitional period between reproductive and non-reproductive life in women. Clinical evaluation of women during the climacteric period should be dictated by their health situation and possible difficulties endemic to this time, and involve a cross functional team. Healthcare includes both promotion of health and disease prevention. Objective: To evaluate the care provided to women during the climacteric period by health professionals using the Family Health Strategy. Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional, exploratory study conducted among university educated health professionals using the Family Health Strategy (FHS) in the East Healthcare District of Goiania, Goias, Brazil. Data were collected through a questionnaire. This data collection instrument was previously assessed by experts and underwent pilot testing. All stages of the study were developed in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of Brazilian National Council on Health Resolution no. 466/2012. Data were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences using descriptive statistics and presented in tables and figures. Results: Participants included 57 (75.0%) university educated health professionals who work in the FHS. Many of the healthcare professionals reported that there are differences between the climacteric period and menopause, 57.9% could define these two phases accurately. The main reason that leads women in the climacteric period to seek care in the FHS is related to difficulties with understanding the signs and symptoms of the climacteric period, followed by questions related to new forms of hormone therapy. Concern with physical appearance presents itself as a common complaint during the climacteric period. Deficiencies and limitations in the qualifications of healthcare professionals related to knowledge of the topic of the climacteric period was the greatest difficulty. Cultural interference in the treatment of women during this phase featured prominently in reports. Conclusions: It is essential to create normative procedures and guidance for healthcare related activities for women in climacteric, especially when it comes to differences in the implementation of hormone replacement therapy. This will bring benefit to the professionals in terms of greater autonomy and safety in prescribing these and other types of treatment, ensuring completeness in service, with resolutions in a shorter timeframe.Item Aleitamento materno – efeito de intervenção educativa com equipe de enfermagem na orientação à nutrizes(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-07-08) Ramos, Lilia Cardoso de; Martins, Cleusa Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3673049551991956; Martins, Cleusa Alves; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; Minamisava, Ruth; Lima, Dione Marçal; Almeida, Nilza Alves MarquesBreastfeeding is a biological and natural act, but it is not instinctive, so educational activities promoted by health professionals to nursing mothers during the postpartum hospitalization, may prevent weaning. The study aims to verify the knowledge of the nursing staff about the management of breast-feeding before and after the educational activity, to evaluate the application of the active methodology and the effects of the guidelines of nursing mothers. A quantitative study of pre and post intervention and educational activity, shows a convenience sample of participants from the nursing staff and 48 nursing mothers at a maternity ward of a university hospital. Data was collected from January to March of 2014. The nursing staff, 76.7% were nursing technicians and 23.3% were nurses; 96.7% were female; 46.7% were between 41-50 years of age and length of service, 43.3% were between 11-20 years old. From the 43.3% who did training, 50.0% had an up to date course on breastfeeding before 2000 and 50% before 2013. In the educational activity, the active methodology that favored knowledge with significant increase of the average pretest and posttest of 56.2% to 87.4%, p <0.001 was used. The nursing mothers were in the age group between 20 and 30 years; with up to three living children and 100% with prior history in nursing. There was a decrease from 43% to 16% of nursing mothers who breastfed their newborn within thefirst hour of life. However, there has been progress in guidance on the importance ofbreastfeeding from 5.6% to 44%; as the proper position of the newborn increased by 73.9% to 100%; support of nursing breastfeeding increased from 28.6% to 60%. The effects of guidelines for nursing mothers, the data showed that after training the nursing staff showed a slight increase in this performance in developed educational activities with 48 postpartum lactating nursing mothers. However, it was also identified the need to expand the monitoring of the nursing staff to measure the effectiveness of the guidelines. The study found that the institution has partial adherence to government programs on breastfeeding. Recently, there was a pact with the Stork Network that requires team conducts on health and evidence-based practices, so it is necessary to continue the education, to develop protocols to assist mothers and newborns and the adoption of routines already recommended by the humanization of childbirth program and the birth- in the delivery room, to encourage breastfeeding in the first hour of life and create groups of lactating women, in order to achieve the goals set by Incentive Friendly Hospital program.Item Segurança do paciente em unidades não hospitalares de atendimento às urgências e emergências: análise de riscos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-07-30) Santos, Alessandra Nogueira de Sousa; Martins, Cleusa Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3673049551991956; Martins, Cleusa Alves; Moraes, Vardeli Alves de; Almeida, Nilza Alves MarquesPatient safety in health services is a priority issue at the World Health Organization. Understanding the importance of this approach, this study aimed to analyze the risks in the health care of patients seen in non-hospital units of emergency and urgency. It is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Fieldwork was carried out with the nursing team through semi-structured individual interviews and opted for the content analysis. Respondents reported several factors that endanger the patients like human resources, material and physical assistance and operational processes. On human resources, the nursing team mentioned: unpreparedness of the medical and nursing team in responding to emergencies and emergencies related to insufficient training and lack of Continuing Education in services; shortage of doctors, and nursing staff and work overload. They reported the need for team downsizing and continuing education, to minimize risks related to work overload and lack of technical and scientific preparation. The material and physical resources were considered inadequate and insufficient in all units. However, half of the units assessed showed better working conditions in relation to physical resources. As for the operational processes, it stands out the scarce filing within the emergency block; improper operation of Material and Sterilization Center and how to identify patients were listed as insufficient for safe care. They reported errors and incidents with patients in the labor process, with emphasis on: medication administration errors, damage without incident (falls) and the occurrence of adverse events such as death, aspiration, member of mutilation and traumatic brain injury. It was found that these are related to insufficient and inadequate human, material and physical and interaction between the entire systems. This study aimed to analyze the Permanent Health Education care in obstetric assistance for implementation of the Maternity Support Network. This is an exploratory-descriptive research with qualitative approach conducted with nurses from two public maternity in Goiânia-Goiás. The data collection occurred through semi-structured individual interviews and analysis took place by content analysis with the aid of the Atlas ti version 7. With the analysis of discourses emerged four categories: 1) Permanent Health Education, in which the subjects reported the understanding of the term in question and mentioned the strategies used in the service. 2) Permanent Health Education - factors that interfere, in which were the factors that hinder the implementation of permanent health education of activities in assisting the woman in the gravid-puerperal period. 3) challenges in implementing the maternity support network, in this category the participants spoke about the difficulties in practice what the maternity support network advocates. 4) contributions of permanent health education for implementation of maternity support network, which gathered the data concerning the importance of permanent health education. The results pointed to the importance of permanent health education as a strategy to address the challenges in the implementation of the maternity support Network, however are necessary investments in the training of professionals with management awareness, encouragement and provision of professional employees in satisfactory amount.Item Atendimento na Rede de Atenção à Saúde: a percepção de usuárias em Goiânia-GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-07-31) Silva, Julio Cesar Souza; Martins, Cleusa Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3673049551991956; Alves, Cleusa Martins; Lima, Jacqueline Rodrigues; Almeida, Nilza Alves MarquesThis work aims to analyze the care in the Health Care Network in the light of the principles of the Unified Health System - SUS, under the perception of users in Goiânia, Goiás. This is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research. The survey sample consisted of 20 participants: hypertensive women attending SUS health units in Goiania, Go. Data collection occurred between December 2013 and December 2014. Research approved by the Ethics Research Committee at the Maternal Child Hospital. CEP-HMI, Opinion 29/2013 and meets regulatory guidelines and research involving human subjects standards, according to the 466/12 Resolution of the National Health Council. Results: The perception of hypertensive users in Goiania, Go, was inadequate in seven categories studied: the service does not occur Universal and integral manner, with emphasis on gaps in access to care; in relation to Equity, the singularities of each user are not observed leading him to turn to, in some cases to the judiciary for service to their health claims; the phone appointment of consultations (0800) at public health services frontally violates the principle of regionalization promoting the discontinuation of Clinical Follow-up and the principle of territoriality; the hierarchy has hardened approach which further limits access by users; social participation, in Goiania, lacks physical spaces and more stimuli, through the media; the scenario is unfavorable for good quality clinical practice, and for this reason it is necessary to strengthen pedagogical approaches in medical school, which reiterate the importance of care centered on the person, adopting humane attitude, ethics, based on high standards of excellence - empowerment Medical Education. The information enables managers reflect about actions to be developed and work out a plan to minimize the bottlenecks that hinder the quality of care. From this perspective, health professionals, multi-mode can plan simple actions of health education in the various spheres of primary health care aimed at health promotion.
