Resumo
This research is a Professional Master's thesis, linked to the line of research theoretical methodological conceptions and teaching practices with application of knowledge in the
Postgraduate Program in Teaching in Basic Education, of the Center for Teaching and
Research Applied to Education of the Federal University de Goiás. The general objective was
to produce a critical-educational Blog linked to the teaching of History containing productions
of students and teachers of the 9th grade of elementary school II of a public school in
Aparecida de Goiânia, in order to verify how the Technologies Information and Communication
(TDIC) can mediate more significant human relationships during educational practice. The
guiding question was defined as follows: how to investigate and analyze TDIC as a didactic
mediating element of pedagogical and human relations established between subjects
throughout the process of construction of historical knowledge in educational practice? To
address this issue, a qualitative research and literature review were chosen. The corpus was
organized based on data collection via questionnaire, semi-structured interview and
conversation circle. Data analysis was performed using the Content Analysis (CA) technique.
The results of this research are presented by analysis categories that permeate the corpus.

references were taken as reference: Pedagogical work and educational practice: Freire (1979,
1995, 2000a, 2000b, 2005) Libâneo (2002, 2006, 2011, 2012, 2013) Saviani (2001, 2007,
2011, 2015); technologies and education: Belloni (2009, 2010), Vieira Pinto (2005a, 2005b)
and the concept of mediation: Prestes (2010) Vygotski (1991, 2007), Theory in History: Barca
(2005) Lee (2006) Rüssen (2012 , 2015), Cultural capital: Bourdieu (1983, 1992, 1998)
among others. The data showed that the pedagogical innovation discourse given to the use of
TDIC is loaded with fragmentations, uncriticality and technocentric appropriations. In this
sense, the relevance of critique and humanization of technologies through pedagogical
mediation. The Educational product (Critical-Educational Blog on History) lends itself to
consolidating dialogical relationships, youth protagonism, reflection on digital culture with the
use of digital technologies, in search of meaningful learning and outstanding level of
proficiency in the curricular component of History.
