Resumo

In this work we consider immersions in the space R3 with the Minkowski scalar product. We obtain sufficient conditions for that an immersion to be structurally stable in the configuration of the principal curvatures. We show that the set of strictly convex and structurally stable immersions is generic in the set of strictly convex immersions. Also, we obtain sufficient conditions for that an immersion to be structurally stable in the configuration of null geodesics.
