The research had as central objective to understand to which degree this event, organized by the PCB, can be considered critical to the current hegemonic culture, represented by the State, since the meeting privileged as a centel theme the defense and preservation of the “national culture”. The preparatory mobilization of the Congress involved the drafting of a manifesto, which sought to "preserve the national character of our culture," signed by 1,082 intellectuals from Brazil. To the event about 300 participants showed up, from diferente brazilian states, and nine foreign delegations, including Chile, whose main star was the poet Pablo Neruda. Following this tone, the following secundary objectives were adopted: Highlight that the Congress was inserted in the PCB’s strategy of trying an inflection in its cultural dogmatism, marked by the dispute of comand of the Brazilian Association of Writers (ABDE); to establish a correlation between culture and politics, taking as reference the resolutions of the meeting and to evaluate the possible contributions bequeathed by this event. The qualitative study used as a technical procedure bibliographical and documentary research, and as a method of data analysis, content analysis. It was intended to demonstrate that the generic concept of "national culture" resulted in guidelines and resolutions that configurated the outline of a critical and alternative cultural policy, or according to the Gramscian concept, a counter-hegemony, capable of counteracting the culture of the hegemonic system.Item Comunicação comunitária e sociomuseologia: mídias colaborativas produzidas para a preservação e difusão das culturas e memórias das comunidades LGBT(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-11-25) Boita, Tony Willian; Borges, Rosana Maria Ribeiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8386191325702205; Borges, Rosana Maria Ribeiro; Cordeiro, Douglas Farias; Wichers, Camila Azevedo de Moraes; Peruzzo, Cicilia Maria Krohling; Primo, Judite SantosLos medios colaborativos producidos por la comunidad LGBT son fundamentales para la preservación y difusión de sus propias memorias y culturas. Juntos, contribuir a la superación de las fobias a la diversidad sexual. Esta tesis tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre las estrategias colaborativas que producen estos medios, en especial la Revista Memorias LGBT (RMLGBT), vehículo que nació de la necesidad de pensar la relación de la Museología en diálogo con la Comunicación frente a poblaciones sexualmente disidentes. Así, la tesis propone un diálogo entre los medios colaborativos y la Sociomuseología, y la pregunta principal se centra en el potencial de los usos de los medios colaborativos como soportes para la preservación y difusión de las memorias comunitarias en las comunidades, así como los puntos de convergencia para la construcción de medios donde la museología hecha por sujetos minoritarios pueda encontrar espacio. La hipótesis entiende que los medios colaborativos producidos por comunidades sexualmente disidentes y entrecruzadas contribuyen a la preservación y difusión de la cultura y la memoria de grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad y/o históricamente excluidos, y tales medios, aliados a la Sociomuseología, gozan de una función transformadora. energía. La justificación está en garantizar derechos básicos a estas comunidades, aún perseguidas y brutalmente asesinadas. De forma interdisciplinar, el estudio apunta a la centralidad en las categorías de Comunicación, Medios Colaborativos, Memoria, Sociomuseología y Cultura y, por tanto, el cuerpo teórico principal engloba a autores que dialogan en esos campos. Desde un enfoque cualitativo descriptivo y exploratorio, la investigación utiliza como método el estudio de caso etnográfico, y triangula los instrumentos de recolección, sistematización y análisis de datos provenientes del levantamiento bibliográfico, la investigación documental y la etnografía de las narrativas. It consists in understanding, from a case study and a netnography, how the hashtag "Verdades Secretas" brings to the surface features of collective memory between Twitter users during the telenovela's run and one year after its final chapter. From a qualitative analysis of the empirical object, which is the telenovela "Verdades Secretas” on Twitter and had its posts documented and analyzed. Thus, we sought to understand how the tweets that were found interact to form the individual and collective memory of the viewers of the telenovela "Verdades Secretas", which use Twitter to complement their media experience. Specifically, it focused on the analysis of the digital behaviors that constitute the memories from the strengthening of the participatory culture. For this analysis, the fundamental matrices of the telenovela with Jesus Martín-Barbero (2015) and its references: Benjamin (1985) and Bakhtin (1981). With Stam (2000) it was reflected on the popular in the context of the Brazilian audiovisual and Arlindo Machado (2000) contributed with regard to the dynamics of Brazilian TV. With Jesus Martín-Barbero (2015) and Canclini (2006), we sought to understand the faces of consumption in contemporary times. With Pallotini (2012) and Fechine (2011) the dramaturgy in the Brazilian scope was approached. To mark the discussions about the Internet, Castells (1999), Jenkins (2008) and Lúcia Santaella (2010) were convened. In conversation with the other theoretical references, Pierre Nora (1993), Maurice Halbwachs (2003) and Huyssen (2014) bring to research their reflections about memory and its places. The research of qualitative approach used both the case study and netnography as methods of investigation, analysis and systematization of the data. Of all the possibilities and field of study, a serial narrative on the web was chosen for the investigation, particularly the Stranger Things Series. It consists of, from a Case Study to understand how this immersion becomes expressive possibility within the serial narrative. Concepts about convergence, narrative and binaural audio were approached to better understand this field of research. We worked with the cultural transformation from the emergence of the internet and through this way realize how Virtual Reality (VR) influences the human body based on the studies of Santaella (2003). The narrative was approached within its structure with emphasis on Todorov's studies (2016) and the elements that composes sound in an audiovisual product through Chion (2011) and Rodriguez (2006). There was a content analysis and analysis of a series of strange things, from a site in the series Stranger Things, which highlights: Sound with a Transmedia and Sound as a Narrative of Body Extension. thus demonstrating a reconfiguration of serial products in cyberspace through sound immersion.Item Circulação de discursos LGBTs em Goiânia: reflexões sobre processos comunicativos e fronteiras de sentidos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-05-30) Oliveira, Weber Félix; Borges, Rosana Maria Ribeiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8386191325702205; Borges, Rosana Maria Ribeiro; Braga, Claudomilson Fernandes; Carvalho, Carlos Alberto deIt is through communicational processes that people interact with each other and that symbolic goods, social meanings, identities and culture are produced. From this idea, it is understood that the circulation of the senses is directly connected to the production and the discursive dissemination in the public space. Thus, in the present study was proposed to analyze the discourses of the LGBT movements in Goiânia and their circulation in the public space. The aim of this work is to uncover the paths of LGBT activism discourses in the city, considering discursive flows, mediation and resignification. For this purpose, the construction of oral life histories (narratives) was used as a methodology in order to analyze the re-signification constructed by LGBt subjects. In this way, nine people (gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transsexuals) were interviewed to understand how the communicative process takes place in the public space. By observing the communicative flows, was identified the existence of discursive frontiers that interfere in the access, consumption, interpretation and reproduction of LGBT discourses.Item Aspectos midiáticos e culturais do estilo cinematográfico: a mise en scène na obra de Paul Thomas Anderson(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-02-19) Rabelo, Thiago da Silva; Borges, Rosana Maria Ribeiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8386191325702205; Abreu, Carla Luzia de; Oliveira, Rodrigo Cássio; Carreiro, Rodrigo Octávio D'AzevedoThe research has as its theme the midiatic and cultural aspects of film style in north american fictional cinema. The corpus is composed of two feature films directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, from which the intention is to understand mise en scène choices as formal resources influenced not only by what is rational in filmic experience, but also by the constant affective dynamics maintained between public and film. From the investigations of King (2005) and Biskind (2004) on independent American production of the 1990s, the main objective is to analyze how the director builds the mise en scène in his films in order to reveal emotional qualities to the audience, creating formal disruptions that put him on the fringes of his country's mainstream production. In this sense, the study will explore singularities that, according to Bordwell (2013), Oliveira Jr. (2013) and Aumont (2006), justify a possible opposition to the classical conventions, whether narrative or formal, established by Hollywood. For this, an in-depth analysis of Anderson's stylistic choices is performed based on the movies There Will Be Blood (2007) and Phantom Thread (2017), showing, based on the analysis of the obtained data, patterns and variations relevant to the comprehension of Anderson’s way of staging. Therefore, it is a qualitative approach research that will adopt as a method the neoformalist film analysis described by Thompson (1988). As a result, the research found that in both films Anderson is more interested in the psychological and emotional development of his characters, as well as in the relationship between them, than in narrative structures based on constant twists.Item A cooperativa de jornalistas de Goiás – Projornal (1978-1988): narrativas de memórias midiáticas e culturais(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-09-02) Souza, Kalyne Menezes; Borges, Rosana Maria Ribeiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8386191325702205; Borges, Rosana Maria Ribeiro; Dias, André Bonsanto; Santos, Andréa Pereira dos; Palacio Montiel, Celia del; Sousa, Jorge Pedro Almeida Silva eThe research approaches the narratives of memories of the Cooperative of Journalists of Goiás (Projornal), a Journalism experience in the final period of the Military Dictatorship in Brazil. The research had as its main objectives to identify, to understand and narrate the history of the Cooperative, which even being of great relevance to the History of Journalism in Goiás and in Brazil, it didn’t have academic and scientific records, remaining silenced. It is understood that Projornal is situated in a specific space and time and, therefore, it was based on a Cultural Analysis based on Cultural History, specifically in the History of Press and Cultural Studies. The research has dialogued mainly with authors such as Halbwachs and Le Goff, who approach the studies of memory and collective memory; Thompson, who presents the development of Communication and the different media and Barbosa, who deals with the development of the Press in Brazil. The research has a qualitative approach, and its methods are Historical Research and the Oral History. As methodological instruments, it used the Bibliographical Survey, the Documentary Research, the Analysis of Narratives and the In-Depth Interview. The thesis reveals that Projornal can be considered an alternative and independent project of journalism in Goiás, moved mainly by a need of generating a job market and by the execution of a journalistic work according to what the professionals that participated in Projornal believed in.
