Item Aplicação de técnicas de Machine Learning na previsão de geração de energia elétrica na UFG(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-11-09) Ferraz, Victor Gomide; Castro, Marcelo Stehling de; Castro, Marcelo Stehling de; Pires, Sandrerley Ramos; Oliveira, Gustavo Dias deThis article aims to analyze the application of machine learning techniques in predicting the energy produced by photovoltaic panel installed on Campus Colemar Natal e Silva, at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). At first, it presents basic concepts and explanations about how photovoltaic energy is generated and what are the main factor that affect it; later, the thematic of machine learning and the SRV algorithm – chosen for the test – and the parameters that change the behavior are approached. Then, the relationships between the variables are discussed and the relationship between the metrological variables and the generation of electricity is calculated. Studies of genetic improvement of pastures and advances in food supplementation (additives introduced in the feed) aggregate greater productivity and quality of the meat produced. Researchers from the Institute of Biological Sciences (ICB-UFG) at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) carry out periodic collections of rumen fluid to measure the pH in the laboratory. The researchers used, for a period, a device to measure the pH inside the rumen and store it on an SD card. This project was the result of a TCC at the School of Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering (EMC) at UFG. The current proposal is an improvement on the previous project in the following aspects: pH reading and sending to a remote base connected to the internet. The result is the possibility of real-time monitoring of pH values and increased battery life.Item Business intelligence e Data Warehouse aplicados na análise de consumo e geração de energia elétrica na UFG(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-12-09) Pereira, Larissa Ribeiro de Melo; Castro, Marcelo Stehling de; Castro, Marcelo Stehling de; Oliveira, Gustavo Dias de; Pires, Sandrerley RamosThis work focused on the construction of a more adequate Data Warehouse, for its development it comprised the steps of data analysis and evaluation, as well as using auxiliary tools for implementation. Customers' load curves were analyzed and through this analysis, their consumption profile was observed, based on the analysis were applied algorithms to perform the ETL. In addition, studies on the PostgreSQL, Power BI, programming language tools were required to perform some ETL processes. The obtained results validate the model developed and implemented allowing its use in UFG, being used as another management tool to assist and add to the existing actions in UFG.Item Comparação prática de modelos lineares preditivos para métricas de arrecadação de concessionária de rodovias(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-04-07) Vieira, João Elso dos Reis; Martins, Weber; Martins, Weber; Marques, Thyago Carvalho; Lemos, Rodrigo PintoTechnology has rapidly evolved into all aspects of everyday life, including businesses. Because of this, large amounts of data are generated every day, but the amount of knowledge extracted from them does not keep the same pace. The following article seeks to demonstrate a model for generating knowledge for a highway concessionaire, using data mining techniques and the development of a predictive model. The following metrics are used: traffic, axis equivalence and revenue. They are grouped and represented by dimensions relevant to the business, namely: toll plazas, payment method, categories, transaction type, vehicle type and dates. Thus, allowing the extraction of knowledge that is presented in a report by using a business intelligence tool (Power BI). This tool presents data in graphics and visuals, increasing the speed and quality of data access, enabling the analysis of the company's performance.Item Desenvolvimento de sistema para gerenciar e auxiliar na tomada de decisão envolvendo consumo de energia elétrica(2019-07-05) Raulino, Rafael Ratacheski de Sousa; Castro, Marcelo Estehling de; Castro, Marcelo Stehling de; Oliveira, Gustavo Dias de; Pires, Sandrerley RamosIn recent years with the intense development of electronic devices to facilitate our day to day, electricity consumption has only increased, and along with this increase has also grown the environmental and economic impact caused by such consumption. Therefore, the concern to create measures for the understanding and control of impacts is increasingly present. It is proposed, with this work, the development of a system to monitor and assist in the control of the energy network of the Federal University of Goiás and its assets, providing an interface for appreciation and analysis of the data collected by the energy grid monitoring online systems, which allows to make the registration of assets, such as transformers, inverters, power plants, substations, along with the possibility of insertion of historical data of the consumption by reading the files of the invoices of the consumer units of the University, feeding the system database with the official data of the billing energy utility of past months.Item Desenvolvimento de Sistema SCADA para aplicações industriais e IoT(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-12-13) Oliveira Junior, Adílio Vitor de; Araujo, Sérgio Granato de; Araujo, Sérgio Granato de; Castro, Marcelo Stehling de; Oliveira, Gustavo Dias deAlthough there were already devices that acquired and transmitted information before 1999, it was that year that Kevin Ashton used the expression “Internet of things” to describe a system composed of sensors and / or actuators that is connected to the internet. In 2018 Forbes magazine reported the results of a study of 700 executives from different companies. According to the data obtained, 53% of telecommunications companies use IoT in their processes or in their business areas. Also according to this study, 47% of energy companies (generation / distribution) use IoT in business areas or are being implemented. With the popularization of IoT in the industrial world, the demand for integrating these devices with the already consolidated Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems is also increasing. With the advent of Industry 4.0, the acquisition and real-time availability of more information about a production line has become critical.Item Desenvolvimento de um smartwatch para pessoas com deficiência visual(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-12-13) Moreira, Mathias Custódio; Leal, Daniel Martins; Pinheiro Junior, Carlos Galvão; Pinheiro Junior, Carlos Galvão; Melo, Fernando Ferreira de; Paula, Geyverson Teixeira deThis work aims the development of a Smartwatch for people with visual impairment. The device was implemented in a way that it could be used without the need of the sight. In this way, its possible to access its resources through voice commands. The project consists of a watch fitted with sensors to measure body temperature and heart rate along with a smartphone app that connects with the watch through a bluetooth connection. The user interaction with the device is made using the phone app through voice commands. The prototype was built based on the Arduino platform and some other devices, like sensors, and the low cost of the components was another requirement. The Smartwatch developed in this project shows us that, with little changes, this technology could be accessible for an increasing number of people.Item Identificação de condições para a implantação da Indústria 4.0 no estado de Goiás(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-06-05) Alves Júnior, Luís Divino; Araújo, Sérgio Granato de; Araújo, Sérgio Granato de; Castro, Marcelo Stehling; Matias, LourençoThe Fourth Industrial Revolution and its emerging technologies are stimulating the development of new production techniques and business models that will fundamentally transform production. Soon countries and states need to decide how best to respond in this new production paradigm, strategies and ambitions to leverage production. Thus this paper conducts a study of Industria 4.0, presenting the concept of new world industry proposed in 2011 by Germany, encompassing the main technological innovations in the fields of automation, control and information technology, applied to advanced manufacturing processes. To identify the conditions for the implementation of Industry 4.o in the State of Goiás, data on the production structure and the six production drivers were surveyed: Technology and Innovation, Human Capital, Trade and Global Investment, Institutional Structure, Sustainable Resources, and Demand Environment. With these data, comparisons were made between the production structure and the production drivers of the State of Goiás and Brazil; identifying the components of the production drivers in which the State of Goiás is a National highlight and the components where efforts should be concentrated for a better development, considering that the data obtained through the analyses did not present satisfactory development in the main production drivers.Item Projeto de cabeamento estruturado na infraestrutura de rede da Escola de Engenharia(2019-06-27) Costa, Alexandre da Silva; Castro, Tiago Santana de; Castro, Marcelo Stehling de; Castro, Marcelo Stehling de; Araújo, Sérgio Granato de; Oliveira, Gustavo Dias deThe present project started with an internship done by one of the authors in one of the buildings of the School of Engineering of the UFG (EMC-UFG) in 2018. Several problems were noticed during everyday tasks common to the network environment. The objective of this work is to present and develop practical solutions that improve the EMC-UFG Block A network environment based on Brazilian technical standards, thus enabling a standardization in existing cabling. First, the theoretical basis of network management is presented, followed by the presentation of various international and national standards on structured cabling. Then, the basic concepts of cabling infrastructure, active and passive components for the understanding of this project are exposed. It is necessary to demonstrate where the EMC-UFG network is inserted before proceeding with designation of the ideas proposed by this work. Finally, the results obtained are elucidated and can serve as a basis for future network expansion projects.Item Redes neurais auto-organizáveis na visualização da fala como recurso fonoaudiológico(2019-07-10) Silva, Ronaldo Gomes; Martins, Weber; Martins, Weber; Lemos, Rodrigo Pinto; Martins, Wellington SantosSpeech is an important element of socialization and development of the individual. However, millions of people do not develop it partially or completely. Verbal communication disorders usually appear as secondary anomalies due to other pathologies, such as hearing impairment. Although there is an expressive number of hearing impaired, the studies and use of computational resources in training and speech therapy for speech acquisition and improvement are still timid. In this context, the present work proposes the use of self-organizing neural networks as an aid in the speech-language training process of individuals with speech disorders, through visual feedback. The processes required for the development of the proposed system are described, as well as experiments with Kohonen's Self-Organizing Map, using Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients as descriptors of speech characteristics. Some configuration scenarios were defined for both the self-organizing map parameters and the cepstral coefficients, where the topological phonetic map of reduced scope was obtained, which produced a lower percentage of error and misconceptions, being 35.83% and 35.42%, respectively.Item Simulação do comportamento de um robô móvel não comercial em ambiente de armazém 2D(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-12-13) Costa, Pedro Artur Ferreira dos Santos; Fonsceca, João Paulo da Silva; Fonseca, João Paulo da Silva; Oliveira, Marco Antonio Assfalk de; Pinheiro Júnior, Carlos GalvãoOne of the great improvements of computing was to enable automation in the search for information. Through robotics, some companies seek to bring this automation to the flow of products and materials, seeking to reduce costs with logistics activities. Taking Amazon ©, which became the most valuable company in the world in 2017, standing out precisely in the area of logistics automation, and seeking to contribute with a basis for simulations and associated academic work, this paper aims to present mobile robot navigation tasks. open-source, recently presented in the literature, in a warehouse environment using the V-REP robotic simulation software. This environment is intended to be autonomous and modular, in which the simulated robot uses line detectors to travel along the path and Near Field Communication (NFC) tags to understand its position. The control logic of the robot is provided through a remote API developed in Python, which allows a more intuitive user interface of commands. Therefore, it is clear that solar energy has both a social and an environmental impact. In this sense, the present work aims to study the working principle of a small photovoltaic generating unit connected to the electrical grid. First, a literature review was carried out regarding the main components of a photovoltaic generating unit. A case study was carried out whose objective was to find a solution for the inclusion of a photovoltaic frequency inverter to constitute a system that could be installed in one of the buildings of the School of Electrical, Mechanical, and Computer Engineering (EMC) of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Thus, the Laboratory of Materials and Manufacturing Processes (LAMAF) was chosen. Eleven solar modules and one inverter were selected to perform the simulation and a cost estimate for project implementation. Next was a data comparison between the EMC meteorological station and the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET). For this procedure, it was necessary to carry out a thorough data treatment to verify if the studied location was suitable for implementing a photovoltaic system and, also, to obtain the ambient temperatures provided by the EMC station. Then, the Radiasol 2 program was used to calculate the irradiance on the inclined plane, and the angle that captured the greatest solar irradiance was also verified. After processing station data from EMC and Radiasol 2, the average power supplied by both the photovoltaic generator and the inverter was calculated. Finally, an estimate was made of the amount of energy generated by the photovoltaic system for the year studied and the time needed to obtain the financial return that was initially invested. It can be verified, through this study, the performance of the frequency inverter is satisfactory and manages to meet the needs of the subsystem that served as an element for the object of study.Item Simulador de circuitos para dispositivos Android(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-12-13) Chiquini, Gabriel Santos; Paula, Geyverson Teixeira de; Paula, Geyverson Teixeira de; Rocha, Flávio Geraldo Coelho; Pinheiro Júnior, Carlos GalvãoThe following project is an app for Android devices capable of simulating electrical circuits with resistors and independent current and voltage sources in direct current. As the options for mobile simulators are limited, the purpose of this paper was to serve high school and college students to assist with circuit analysis learning with a free-to-use application. In it the user can construct a graphical representation of the actual circuit, with the above mentioned elements available. Modified nodal analysis is presented as a circuit analysis method. This technique mathematically models the circuit as a linear system and for that, the Gauss method to solve linear systems it will be shown. Despite the difficulties of implementing the use of TICS in the educational environment, paths must be found for this, because the world today does not allow us to put ourselves apart from technological development in general. The use of the Internet of Things presents itself as a tool for didactic work in education. These solutions contribute to increasing efficiency in the process of knowledge transfer, monitoring and control of learning. Studies indicate the relationship between attendance and good school performance. Knowing this, it is important to monitor this information. The objective of this work is the development of a web system capable of modernizing this process, having as main objective the capture and management of the presence of a student in each class. Among the technologies evaluated for this proposal, the choice by QR code is based on practicality, agility, and cost (zero). In this scenario, chatbots, automated response programs in dialog interfaces, are on the rise. However, it usually only have pre-programmed responses and the most common options, which can cause discontent in the user. The objective of this work is a research applied to the design of a chatbot model, with artificial intelligence, capable of interacting in the user’s natural language, emitting responses like those of a human within his area of activity, which, in this case, is the sales area. Thus, a chatbot model was developed and evaluated using the Rasa framework, based on new methods for obtaining artificial intelligence training data. A Knowledge Graph model has also been developed that can provide more quality to the service provided, offering products and understanding details, including the misspellings of messages.
