Item Adaptação e validação da versão brasileira da Escala Jefferson de Atitudes Relacionadas à Colaboração Interprofissional: um estudo em profissionais da atenção básica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-10-23) Abed, Marcelo Musa; Grosseman, Suely; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0370187050750881; Pereira, Edna Regina Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4503589425013098; Pereira, Edna Regina Silva; Menezes, Ida Helena Carvalho F.; Rocha, Bárbara SouzaInterprofessional collaboration is in the focal point of the transformation of the working process between professionals from various categories, in the quest to provide complete care to patients. Interprofessional education can ensure the cooperative practice in health services. That`s why tools are necessary to assess how this collaboration occurs. Hojat et al. drew up a scale for evaluating interprofessional collaboration. The aim of this study is the crosscultural adaptation and validation of the Jefferson Scale Of Attitudes Toward Trade Collaboration (JeffSATIC) on primary health care in Brazil. The final version, in Portuguese, of the Escala Jefferson de Atitudes Relacionadas à Colaboração Interprofissional (EJARCI), followed all the steps for its adaptation, ending with the evaluation by four experts of the translated content: cultural and conceptual equivalence in relation to its purpose and use in a sample of 30 primary health care professionals. One hundred and twenty-eight professionals of the health family team members participated in the validation process responding the translated scale. In the content validation the content validation index (CVI) was 0.99, which demonstrates that the scale is able to measure what it intend to. To appraise the internal consistency was used the Cronbach's alpha Coefficient, α value of 0.71, being acceptable to set their reliability. It is concluded that the cross-cultural adaptation has been properly performed and their application is valid in primary care.Item Aleitamento materno – efeito de intervenção educativa com equipe de enfermagem na orientação à nutrizes(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-07-08) Ramos, Lilia Cardoso de; Martins, Cleusa Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3673049551991956; Martins, Cleusa Alves; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; Minamisava, Ruth; Lima, Dione Marçal; Almeida, Nilza Alves MarquesBreastfeeding is a biological and natural act, but it is not instinctive, so educational activities promoted by health professionals to nursing mothers during the postpartum hospitalization, may prevent weaning. The study aims to verify the knowledge of the nursing staff about the management of breast-feeding before and after the educational activity, to evaluate the application of the active methodology and the effects of the guidelines of nursing mothers. A quantitative study of pre and post intervention and educational activity, shows a convenience sample of participants from the nursing staff and 48 nursing mothers at a maternity ward of a university hospital. CONCLUSION: The analysis of the content of the interviews showed that the goals of the health multi-professional residence, specifically in Social Work, have been achieved, though, it is necessary to consider specific actions to improve skills that contribute to the exercise of the preceptor role and to work in the SUS focused on interdisciplinarity and integrality of health care.Item Aplicativo BIM: promoção do autocuidado na doença renal crônica infantojuvenil(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-12-11) Santana, Cristina Célia de Almeida Pereira; Costa, Renata Mazaro e; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5625298314637434; Naghettini, Alessandra Vitorino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2496399309339551; Naghettini, Alessandra Vitorino; Martins, Cleusa Alves; Barreto, Gilson Oliveira; Costa , Renata Mazaro e; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva CamposThis work describes the development and use of a serious game aimed at children and adolescents with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). It aimed to contribute to the promotion of self-care in this population. This is a descriptive and exploratory field research, with a qualitative approach, associated with a mode of technological production of an experimental nature. It comprised two phases: the development of the app and its use. The using process was performed in two units, for child and youth dialysis, located in Goiânia-Goiás. The sample had eight patients, their relatives and a care team. The collection of data was in three steps and were used as instruments: document analysis, interview and observation. In the intervention stage, the game was made available to patients for sixty days, forty minutes a day, during their hemodialysis sessions. For analysis of the data, it was opted for the method of Content Analysis through the modality thematic analysis with the aid the software ATLAS. 7.5.1. The data allowed defining the following categories: Motivation, Perception of the clinical condition of the character, Perception of care, Potentiality for the learning and Impact of the game on self-care. The analysis indicated that the game generated motivation due to its simple interface and easy operation. The self-identification with the clinical condition of the character allowed children to exercise care and reflect about inherent conditioning of the CKD, but has no proof on the impact of the game in the promotion of self-care. Factors such as age and family habits were considered difficulties. Although the study has demonstrated that the app is a feasible tool for the teaching process, it is believed that it is necessary to develop new resources in the game and to carry out new interventions, with the participation of the family and the assistance team, to strengthen self-care actions in this population.Item Atenção à mulher no climatério realizada por profissionais da estratégia da saúde da família(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-07-11) Pereira, Angela Bete Severino; Pereira, Milca Severino; Martins, Cleusa Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3673049551991956; Martins, Cleusa Alves; Lima, Jacqueline Rodrigues de; Almeida, Nilza Alves MarquesIntroduction: The climacteric period is the transitional period between reproductive and non-reproductive life in women. Clinical evaluation of women during the climacteric period should be dictated by their health situation and possible difficulties endemic to this time, and involve a cross functional team. Healthcare includes both promotion of health and disease prevention. Objective: To evaluate the care provided to women during the climacteric period by health professionals using the Family Health Strategy. Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional, exploratory study conducted among university educated health professionals using the Family Health Strategy (FHS) in the East Healthcare District of Goiania, Goias, Brazil. Data were collected through a questionnaire. This data collection instrument was previously assessed by experts and underwent pilot testing. All stages of the study were developed in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of Brazilian National Council on Health Resolution no. 466/2012. Data were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences using descriptive statistics and presented in tables and figures. Results: Participants included 57 (75.0%) university educated health professionals who work in the FHS. Many of the healthcare professionals reported that there are differences between the climacteric period and menopause, 57.9% could define these two phases accurately. The main reason that leads women in the climacteric period to seek care in the FHS is related to difficulties with understanding the signs and symptoms of the climacteric period, followed by questions related to new forms of hormone therapy. Concern with physical appearance presents itself as a common complaint during the climacteric period. Deficiencies and limitations in the qualifications of healthcare professionals related to knowledge of the topic of the climacteric period was the greatest difficulty. Cultural interference in the treatment of women during this phase featured prominently in reports. Conclusions: It is essential to create normative procedures and guidance for healthcare related activities for women in climacteric, especially when it comes to differences in the implementation of hormone replacement therapy. This will bring benefit to the professionals in terms of greater autonomy and safety in prescribing these and other types of treatment, ensuring completeness in service, with resolutions in a shorter timeframe.Item Atenção às urgências odontológicas em unidades de pronto-atendimento do sistema único de saúde(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-11-27) Rios, Leonardo Essado; Queiroz, Maria Goretti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7079676967280121; Queiroz, Maria Goretti; Marcelo, Vânia Cristina; Nunes, Maria de FátimaThe pain of dental origin has high prevalence, presents itself as a public health problem and cause negative impact on quality of life of people. Because of that, attention to dental emergencies has particular importance in the health care of the population, however there is little research on this topic. In the present study it was aimed to analyze dental care in Emergency Care Units of the Unified Health System (SUS) in optics of dentists workers in this service. It was a study of mixed methods and data were collected through a questionnaire with assertions of polar agreement and disagreement (Likert scale). Participated as subjects dentists (N = 44) workers in the emergency dental service of the Emergency Care Units of SUS from Goiânia, GO. There was a tendency to full concordance (average percentage of agreement above 76%) about this type of service answering to a spontaneous demand with complaints of pain and trauma and also about the affirmation that basic procedures of urgency such as dental extractions, alveolitis and bleeding treatments, drainage of intraoral abscesses and medicalization must be performed there. Tendency to concordance (average percentage between 26% and 75%) was verified in relation to the statement that the service aims to relief the suffering of the population with pain of dental origin. Propensity to indifference (average percentage among -25% and 25%) occurred on the host with risk classification while service feature, and still about patients that should be referred to more complex units for emergency care. Tendency to disagreement (average percentage among -26% and -75%) was verified in relation to the attendance of non-urgent patients and the performance of dental restorative procedures. There was no tendency to full disagreement (average percentage above -75%) about any of the items. In the view of respondents the emergency dental care in emergency units of SUS are intended for the relief of typically urgent situations, in cases where there is no risk of advanced infections, by performance of procedures characteristically related to situations of urgency and that require basic technical fitness from the professional. There’s a lack on the policy of humanization and teamwork at the service. As a product of the study, it was designed a proposal for an update course of dental care to the professionals in the Emergency Care Units.Item Atendimento na Rede de Atenção à Saúde: a percepção de usuárias em Goiânia-GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-07-31) Silva, Julio Cesar Souza; Martins, Cleusa Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3673049551991956; Alves, Cleusa Martins; Lima, Jacqueline Rodrigues; Almeida, Nilza Alves MarquesThis work aims to analyze the care in the Health Care Network in the light of the principles of the Unified Health System - SUS, under the perception of users in Goiânia, Goiás. This is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research. The survey sample consisted of 20 participants: hypertensive women attending SUS health units in Goiania, Go. Data collection occurred between December 2013 and December 2014. Research approved by the Ethics Research Committee at the Maternal Child Hospital. CEP-HMI, Opinion 29/2013 and meets regulatory guidelines and research involving human subjects standards, according to the 466/12 Resolution of the National Health Council. Results: The perception of hypertensive users in Goiania, Go, was inadequate in seven categories studied: the service does not occur Universal and integral manner, with emphasis on gaps in access to care; in relation to Equity, the singularities of each user are not observed leading him to turn to, in some cases to the judiciary for service to their health claims; the phone appointment of consultations (0800) at public health services frontally violates the principle of regionalization promoting the discontinuation of Clinical Follow-up and the principle of territoriality; the hierarchy has hardened approach which further limits access by users; social participation, in Goiania, lacks physical spaces and more stimuli, through the media; the scenario is unfavorable for good quality clinical practice, and for this reason it is necessary to strengthen pedagogical approaches in medical school, which reiterate the importance of care centered on the person, adopting humane attitude, ethics, based on high standards of excellence - empowerment Medical Education. The information enables managers reflect about actions to be developed and work out a plan to minimize the bottlenecks that hinder the quality of care. From this perspective, health professionals, multi-mode can plan simple actions of health education in the various spheres of primary health care aimed at health promotion.Item Atividades educativas na rede de saúde na perspectiva da política nacional de educação permanente(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-07-30) Maia, Ludmila Grego; Sousa, Lucilene Maria de; Menezes, Ida Helena Carvalho Francescantonio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8722459243487573; Menezes, Ida Helena Carvalho Francescantônio; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; Silva, Luiz Almeida da; Naghettini, Alessandra Vitorino; Souza, Sandra Maria Brunini deThe normative processes of formal organizations for the training of the human resources in the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) indicate that there are different conceptions of healthcare education, where terminologies such as continuing education and permanent healthcare education have coexisted in the same space of time as educative processes, sometimes being a confusing factor in the imaginary of the professionals. The implementation of the National Policy of Permanent Healthcare Education (NPPHE) defined these processes as learningwork and by occurring in the people’s everyday lifeand organizations. The goal of this work was to analyze the records of the educational activities performed by the healthcare units of the municipality of Jataí from the perspective of NPPHE. It was decided for a descriptive study, retrospective with documental analysis of the activities described in 2012. The results pointed out that the educative activities in the municipality have been mostly related to the healthcare education, focused on community, with demand and internal events to the unity, followed by the continuing education activities for specific groups. The number of activities focused on the worker was of 8,4% in relation to the universe of study. The justifications for them to happen departed from two categories: administrative issues and health care. Therefore, the effective implementation of the permanent healthcare education is a challenge for the healthcare services, by considering the pedagogical-political complexity in which falls the context of the public health in Brazil. Moreover, to manage the change of educative practices which are significant at work for work, one requires a continuous professional training.Item Avaliação de tendências de mudanças em escolas médicas goianas(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-03-03) Rabelo, Eliane Consuelo Alves; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6977373149115047; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; Lampert, Jadete Barbosa; Menezes, Ida Helena Carvalho FrancescantonioThe present study sought to identify the typology of trend of changes in which two medical schools from Goiás (one public and one private), comparing these results to those obtained by the Comissão de Avaliação de Escolas da Área da Saúde / Associação Brasileira de Educação Médica in 2008 and 2013. This is a descriptive and exploratory study, qualitative and quantitative, along the lines of the Comissão de Avaliação de Escolas da Área da Saúde / Associação Brasileira de Educação Médica Medical Schools Evaluation Program, which proposes the use of the Método da Roda, through the realization of a focus group and the application of a self-assessment questionnaire course for data collection. The self-assessment was carried out in 2019, by institutional actors representing the two schools who answered the 17 questions related to the 5 conceptual axes present in the instrument: world of work, pedagogical project, pedagogical approach, practice scenarios and teacher development. The objective answers allowed identifying the school's typology (Traditional, Innovative with Traditional Tendency, Innovative with Advanced, Advanced Tendency). The justifications and evidence enabled the qualitative analysis of content according to Bardin. School 1 presented Innovative typology with an Advanced trend in 2008, Innovative with a Traditional trend in 2013 and, again, Innovative with an Advanced trend in 2019. It highlighted as strength the Pedagogical Project and Practice Scenarios axes and fragility the axes Teacher Development and Pedagogical Approach. School 2, on the other hand, showed advanced typology in 2013 and 2019, with the axes of Practice Scenarios and Pedagogical Approach with a greater advanced tendency, and the fragile World of Work and Teacher Development axes. Institutional self-assessment allowed us to identify a movement towards compliance with the National Curriculum Guidelines, with changes based on Pedagogical Project innovations and the regular use of varied practice scenarios, however, the lack of adequate teacher training persists as an obstacle to the movement of changes, even after the incisive guidelines of the new National Curriculum Guidelines.Item Avaliação dos residentes de ortopedia e traumatologia utilizando o mini-cex com foco no exame físico(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-02-22) Silva, Bruno Air Machado da; Pereira, Edna Regina Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4503589425013098; Pereira , Edna Regina Silva; Lima , Dione Marçal; Fernandes , Marcos RassiIntroduction: The ability to perform physical exam is essential in clinical practice in any medicine field. Observation, teaching and performing the physical examination is often poorly emphasized during the residency of Orthopedics and Traumatology. In order to promote staff’s observation American Boar of Internal Medicine proposed the Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise (mini-CEX). Our goal is assess Orthopaedic and Traumatology’s resident, using min-CEx, focusing on physical exam performance. Methods: It is study quantitative, transversal, descriptive and exploratory. The data were obtained using questionnaire and mini-Cex from March to June 2016, in four meetings. 21 residents were evaluated, totalizing 84 assessments. The evolution of the residents (R1, R2 and R3) evaluated by the Mini Cex was performed based on the Friedman test, followed by the analysis of multiple PosHoc comparisons. The comparative analysis of the assessments according to the resident's year at each meeting was performed using the Kruskal-Wallis test followed by the analysis of multiple PosHoc comparisons. Results: Through the Beran questionnaire, 81% of residents reported never / rarely or occasionally having been observed and criticized when performing the clinical examination. It was found that the residents presented a satisfactory result in the assessment of their clinical competences, in a scale ranging from 1 to 9. The scores obtained in the physical examination in mean ± standard deviation were 4,00 ± 1.89 for R1 (first year resident), 5.00 ± 1.82 for R2 (second year resident) and 5.09 ± 1.84 for R3 (third year resident). In the clinical history the scores were; 3.96 ± 2.08 for R1, 5.29 ± 1.63 for R2 and 5.56 ± 1.78 for R3. In the clinical reasoning we had 4.82 ± 1.63 for the R1, 6,13 ± 1,48 for the R2 and 6,31 ± 1,47 for the R3. It was observed a high satisfaction of the evaluated residents (R1 - 8.79 ± 0.63, R2 - 8.71 ± 0.46 and R3 - 8.78 ± 0.49), staffs were also satisfied (R1 - 8,15 ± 0,99; R2 - 8,21 ± 0,98; R3 - 8,38 ± 0,75). Despite satisfactory performance, there were some gaps in physical examination learning. In 75% of the evaluations performed, the residents had trouble in special orthopedic tests, 65.5% were not able to identify specific signs of physical examination that could assist in the diagnosis, and 91.7% did not follow a logical and effective order. Conclusion: The evaluation of the resident of Orthopedics and Traumatology through the mini-CEX was satisfactory, however learning gaps were identified especially in the physical examination. Educational intervention is suggestedItem Burnout em residentes multiprofissionais em saúde e as estratégias de enfrentamento(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-06-24) Oliveira, Rosângela Fernandes de; Pereira, Maria Amélia Dias; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4438222479604887; Neghettini, Alessandra Vitorino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2496399309339551; Naghettini, Alessandra Vitorino; Barbosa, Maria Alves; Queiroz, Maria Goretti; Martins, Cleusa Alves; Costa Neto, Sebastião Benício daBurnout Syndrome among health care workers can be due to emotional and interpersonal reactions caused by the high levels of stress they deal with on a daily basis. The Psychosocial Care Centers are strategic devices to strengthen the Psychiatric Reform, with a more humane look and new forms of care that enable the construction of new knowledge and practices in relation to mental health. Within this construction of knowledge and practices are the skills that can be developed in the process of training or work. This research aims to investigate the conception of competence of mental health professionals working in the Centers for Psychosocial Care in the city of Goiânia-GO. This is a qualitative research with an exploratory approach. The subjects of the research consisted of sixteen health professionals from different categories, among them: psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, pharmacist, music therapist, art therapist, Physical Education teacher, speech therapist and occupational therapist working at CAPS in the city of Goiânia. For the data collection, a profile profile was used. The data show that the profile of the professionals is relatively juvenile (average of forty years), most of them female, all of them being taken on by the Municipal Health Department of the municipality, with a stay in the CAPS for approximately nine years and only 25 % have postgraduate / specialization in mental health. In addition, two focus groups were carried out. For the analysis of data, we used the interpretative analysis. As a result of this study, two articles are presented: article 01 reveals the integrative review on the concept of professional competence, showing that there is no single concept of competence, however pointing to the influence of the main conceptions about competence, from the country or the region of origin, being: French, American, English, Australian and South American. The French concept is the one that presented the most articles revealing the concept of competence as synonymous with articulation, integration and mobilization of multiple knowledges (knowledge, know-how, knowing to be, knowing to engage, knowing to communicate, knowing to live) helpers to solve complex situations and / or decision-making. Article 02 is the study of two focus groups and presents four categories: Training and Permanent Education; Worker (personal characteristics and satisfaction of the CAPS worker); Institutionalization of the CAPS and Work Process, revealing the institutionalization of CAPS competences and that the professional, regardless of the training, has to adapt to them when it will act in that space.Item Consenso docente sobre competências em saúde bucal coletiva a serem desenvolvidas na graduação em instituições de ensino superior brasileiras(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-04-01) Silva, Flávia de Oliveira e; Queiroz, Maria Goretti; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7079676967280121; Queiroz , Maria Goretti; Casotti, Elisete; Naghettini, Alessandra VitorinoThe training in Dentistry, historically, proved to be technicist, fragmented, focused on the disease, under the strong influence of the Flexinerian teaching model. The National Curriculum Guidelines (NCG) for the undergraduate course in Dentistry brought the proposal of a critical, reflective, generalist training, with a focus on comprehensive health care, in addition to teaching by competences. The curricular structure must contemplate the ethical, humanistic and social dimensions, directed to citizenship and human rights, characteristics that insert the area of Collective Health as a longitudinal axis of the teaching-learning process. This study has a descriptive, cross-sectional character, with a quantitative approach and aims to identify the competencies to be developed in undergraduate courses in the area of Collective Oral Health (COH), in the view of professors from Brazilian Higher Education Institutions (HEI). The participants were professors from 49 HEI (37 public and 12 private) with grade four or five in the National Student Performance Exam in 2019, in an initial sample of 236 professors. The Delphi technique was used, developed in three rounds. The degree of agreement was set at 70% or more. In the first stage, an instrument was developed to collect data on knowledge, skills and attitudes based on data from previous qualitative research with professors and preceptors at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). A fourpoint Likert scale and an open question were used for teachers' suggestions about each competence. This stage presented 71 respondents. In the second stage, with 49 respondents, a questionnaire with closed questions was used, composed of the skills already presented in the first stage, plus the suggestions most cited by the participants, using the four-point Likert scale. In the third stage, with 24 participants, professors were asked to express their opinion of maintaining or excluding the analyzed question, in addition to requesting suggestions for the improvement of a competence matrix. The relative frequencies of each answer were calculated to verify if the consensus was reached in each step and the internal consistency was measured by Cronbach's Alpha. Among the most cited knowledge, there are social determinants of health and health promotion. Regarding skills, teamwork and recognizing local vulnerabilities are mentioned. Among the most cited attitudes, there is autonomy and exercising leadership in the health team. The competencies identified relate the Unified Health System (SUS) as an integral part of the training process and stimulate understanding of the health-disease process and social health needs. The contribution of practices in Collective Health to training in Dentistry reveals new ways of training and educating in health, with the consideration of social determinants in health and new teaching paradigms beyond the technicist. It is concluded that, by the teaching consensus, it was possible to establish knowledge, skills and attitudes that must be developed in the undergraduate course by the SBC area and that these are aligned with the proposals of the NCG and the principles and guidelines of the SUS. The competencies identified reflected the prevailing view of professors from public HEI, Institutions that represent the smallest part of the Brazilian HEI that offer the undergraduate course in Dentistry, highlighting the need for more studies on the subject, which include strategies for joining the research of more professors from private HEI. As a technical product, this study presents a proposal for a competency matrix to collaborate in improving the conduction of the discipline within the scope of HEI.Item Construção e validação de ferramenta virtual em tratamento racional de Diabetes mellitus(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-02-10) Silva, Eldeci Cardoso da; Taleb, Alexandre Chater; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3191620401627150; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6977373149115047; Taleb, Alexandre Chater; Affiune Neto, Abrahão; Pereira, Edna Regina SilvaVirtual Clinical cases are effective interactive tools for assessing clinical skills, simulating various aspects of doctor patient interaction. The aims of this study were to develop and psychometrically validate a virtual tool to assess knowledge about the diagnosis and rational treatment of diabetes mellitus, based on its pathophysiology, in a computer graphical user interface, and to propose a model of support for teaching, in order to promote Telecare and Tele-education. This was a methodological development study with a quantitative approach. The virtual clinical cases were applied to a group of 14 doctors from a universe of 60 Endocrinologists (experts) and to another group of 72 third-year medical school students. The process followed the guidelines for the evaluation of psychometric properties with descriptive and inferential analyses. For reliability analysis, Cronbach's alpha was applied to expert, student and all-group questionnaires (,890: ,606: ,770). The difference in scores between experts and students was highly significant by Friedman (p > 0.01) and Wilcoxon (p > 0.001) tests. From the analysis of the scores, a manual for regulation of VCC and a graphical interface in virtual clinical case format (simulation) were created, linked to a database hosted on the Telehealth system – Goiás Federal University of Goias platform. The instrument is easy to understand and to use by subjects. When applied to students and medical professionals, the instrument also fulfills a function of process evaluation parallel to the formative process and can also be useful in continuing education in the FHS. In summary, the VCC resulted in an instrument with proven psychometric properties and features, and can therefore be considered a valid and reliable instrument to measure knowledge about the diagnosis and rational treatment of DM based on its pathophysiology. The project has pioneered, since there was not an online tool, developed and previously validated for reviewing of clinical cases. We intend to continue this project expanding its use for formative assessment and continuing education in other specialties of internal medicine.Item Contribuições do Pronto Sorriso na formação do profissional de saúde(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-12-18) Paiva, Maria Luiza de Faria; Lima, Fátima Maria Lindoso da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5289890813807831; Lima, Fátima Maria Lindoso da Silva; Moraes, Vardeli Alves de; Neves, Denise Carmem de AndradeThe research aimed to analyze the participants' perception of discipline Pronto Sorriso, FMUFG (Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal de Goiás) regarding the contribution of this project in the professional training, describe the individual characteristics of the participants, identify through interviews major changes in the lives of the professional result of their participation in the project, analyze the contributions and impact on their training and identify the motivation for participation in Pronto Sorriso. The importance of institutional changes in the service provided and the incorporation of the educational process in the learning environment is fundamental for solving existing daily problems. Among the various problems that affect the patient with ALS, malnutrition stands out. The health care team should be aware of its onset as early as possible. Thus, it is necessary to identify a better nutritional screening method to predict the nutritional risk of these patients. The aim of the study was to compare two nutritional screening instruments for predictive capacity of malnutrition and functional capacity in ALS patients, aiming at a better performance of the multidisciplinary team of an outpatient rehabilitation service. Cross-sectional study, carried out at the outpatient clinic of a referral center for rehabilitation and readaptation of Goiás, from February to June 2018, with a total sample of 57 patients with ALS. Sociodemographic, economic, weight, height, triceps skinfolds, arm circumference, 24-hour recall in three days were collected. Handgrip strength, bioimpedance and albumin, hemoglobin and lymphocytes were also collected. Two methods of nutritional screening were applied: Nutritional Risk Screening (NRS 2002) and Universal Malnutrition Screening Tool (MUST). The Global Subjective Assessment (SGA) was considered the reference method to evaluate the performance of other nutritional assessment techniques. The comparison between the methods was performed by the Kappa test. Sensitivity and specificity analysis was performed using Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) curves. Of the total sample, most were female (57.89%), with more than eight years of schooling (70.18%), white (68.42%), socioeconomic status with class A and B (57 90 %). The type of non-bulbar ALS was the most prevalent (73.68%). 68.42% of the patients were on an oral diet and walked (56.14%). The prevalence of malnutrition, according to the Body Mass Index (BMI), was higher in females (39.39%). Most patients had low functional capacity (70.18%), assessed by handgrip strength and low cell integrity (82.45%), assessed by phase angle. The nutritional risk was present in 54.39% and 64.91% of the patients, according to the NRS and MUST classifications, respectively. The frequency of malnutrition according to SGA was present in 36.84% of patients. There was good agreement between NRS and ASG (kappa = 0.409) in females and between MUST and ASG moderate agreement (kappa = 0.440) in males. NRS and MUST had high sensitivity (85.71% and 90.48%, respectively) to identify nutritional risk, but specificity was reasonable for NRS (63.89%) and weak for MUST (50%). It is concluded that for the evaluated sample there is a high prevalence of malnutrition and low functional capacity, being the nutritional screening tool NRS 2002 the best predictive ability to identify the nutritional risk in patients with ALS. The multidisciplinary team was offered a nutritional screening protocol for patients with outpatient ALS.Item Desenvolvendo uma estratégia de educação permanente em saúde em unidade de terapia renal substitutiva(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-02-26) Lima, Ana Paula Freitas; Menezes, Ida Helena Carvalho Francescantonio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8722459243487573; Pereira, Edna Regina Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4503589425013098; Pereira, Edna Regina Silva; Mortoza, Andrea Sugai; Rocha, Bárbara Souza; Queiroz, Maria Goretti; Assis, Thais RochaThe Health Permanent Education, considered also as a pedagogical concept, has been understood as a significant learning at work through problematization of reality and possibility of transformation of practices. Moreover, must be guaranteed by the establishments of care of patients with chronic kidney disease. This study aimed analyze the perceptions and practice of Health Permanent Education, between professionals from a unit of renal replacement therapy. This is a qualitative study, of the research-action type, based on the problematization methodology, as proposed in Maguerez’s Arc. The data were collected through focus groups and participant observation with notes in field diary during the implementation of a strategy of health permanent education with graduate professionals who provide care in a reference service of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, and analyzed according to content analysis, proposed by Bardin. The results showed persistence of a model of education action in the institution as a discontinuous training resource, focused on uniprofissionais categories and the need for institutionalization of the Health Permanent Education with the support of management. In addition to recognizing the motivation to work with problems inherent to the service work process, the implementation of a strategy with the use of problematization methodology led participants to develop the sense of responsibility for their learning and the possibility of change in the service reality in which they are inserted. The persistence of care practices in a fragmented way, besides represent a challenge, reinforces the need for implementation of Health Permanent Education Policy. Discuss problems and situations of the service actually led the participants to reflect on their practices and need to participate in all the health education process in the service.Item Doenças ocupacionais – percepção de médicos e enfermeiros da estratégia saúde da família(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-12-18) Mori, Érika Chediak; Naghettini, Alessandra Vitorino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2496399309339551; Naghettini, Alessandra Vitorino; Martins, Cleusa Alves; Marques, Solomar MartinsThe worker's health stands out as one of the tasks of the Unified Health System.
